Alcohol Beverage Licenses

Responsibilities
The Finance Department manages the alcoholic beverage license process. Athens-Clarke County has approximately 325 licensed alcohol establishments. Each establishment must apply for and receive an Athens-Clarke County alcohol license and a State of Georgia alcohol license.

Information
Renewal Alcoholic Beverage applications were mailed on September 15. The completed renewal applications are due no later than November 1, 2017.
